Hopefully this is shit enough to be posted in the main bit despite being an OMGMODERN to many, let me know if you're particularly offended and I'll ask for it to be moved.

WAT IS?

2009 Fiat Multipla 115 JTD

(Old pictures, but it still pretty much looks like this)

Y SELL?

I've got a new car. Also it has various things that need sorting.

What's broke?

EML on with EGR code. Valve does nothing on a function test so may be dead.

ABS light on - needs O/S/R wheel sensor, I know this because I melted it when changing a wheel bearing

Exhaust leak - needs the cat>DPF section replaced which is about £35

Clutch has a bit of a judder when pulling away most of the time, but does not slip

Needs 2 front tyres - at least one is deffo illegal but I can sort out getting a partworn put on if anyone wants to drive it away

Cambelt roulette - no idea when it was changed and the belt doesn't look great

Suspect DPF has been removed as it's never given me grief - not been obviously chopped and welded though so should be fine for MOT?

Any good points?

Well it's MOT'd till 22nd Feb, BK09HGU for the MOT history crew. It actually drives fine and is fundamentally a decent car but obviously most people would not bother fixing it and it would not be viable financially if you were paying someone to do the work.

I actually reckon it could be got through it's next test fairly cheaply, if you replace the exhaust bit and ABS sensor and knock the EML off outside the MOT station it will stay off for a day or so.

I guess the clutch is the big unknown but it hasn't got any worse since I've had it (6 months or so) and could potentially soldier on for a good while if being used as a beater.

How much?

LIVE price from removemycar is £185.

There are a few bits I could remove to recover some coin, it has OEM roof bars, a working spare wheel carrier (rare on one of these) and an unfitted towbar.

As such I reckon £250 is a fair price to a shitter but open to negotiation if you don't want the towbar or something.

Located in Brighouse which is just off J25 M62 near Bradford in West Yorkshire.

Any questions fire away, I can get more pictures etc if anyone is keen.

Thanks.

That bad?

Forgot to add I'm not in a mega rush for it to go as it's parked on the drive, but if nobody from here wants it I will send it off to the big scrapyard in the sky in a week or so.

I’d take it at the scrap money just for wheels for a month or two, happy for you to remove towbar no bother, do all the seats come out? And do you have a plank to hoy a bike in the back?

I never knew there was a multipla mk2 ,hell of a lot better looking than the first

Mods, can we ban this guy please?

The back 3 seats come out very easily but the front ones are fixed. It's about the size of a small van with the back seats out but it's not that long, are you talking pushbikes?

Can we call it £200 so I can feel like a top level profit making wheeler dealer? I paid £700 for it with a somewhat less honest description. I'll take off the roof bars and the spare wheel carrier but leave the actual spacesaver in the boot.

I think Tim has cashed out, the towbar and spare wheel carrier I have came from Tim when he broke the mk1 I believe his wife had been running for a few years.

No, the car ace it's the money/collection side of things. Hmm...

Shit. This would actually be almost perfect for me. Big enough to carry things, I guess it's pretty good on fuel being a Diesel, modern enough to be used as a commuter car. Also, if the BMW ever coems home, I could give this to Ma_Sterling or swap against something a bit smaller for Ma.

Anyone got a spare £250?

I'll be out and about in the morning so will keep my eye out. Sure we can sort something. Will let you know.

For reference it has something like 173g/km CO2 which makes it £230/year or £20ish a month.
