Got taken on a day bus trip to Whitby by a young lady I know. Contrary to how women are supposed to behave at the seaside, it was we can do anything* I want to do, so beers n much fun ensued.

* apart from play hide the sausage, on account of she plays for the other team. Maybe that's why she wasn't a huge pain in the arse.

I like their clothing line.

Iron crosses and gothic fonts redolent of the Third Reich, original*.

Speaking of shit-for-cunts slogans on cars, I've noticed a trend for "Because...", "BecauseVTR" and "BecauseFiesta" both being spotted recently.

Fuck off and die.

Yes. There's a green Polo mk3 usually parked (maybe abandoned) on my walking route to work. It has "because Polo" stickered vertically on the nearside of the windscreen. I'm thinking of changing my route to avoid it.

At our local motorfactors and we spot the super tidy gold Perodua Nippa that's the spit of DW's.  Inside the shop is Barry, he's 92, he owns the Nippa (and a lot of other old cars too, apparently) and is ordering new Oxy-acetylene gear so he can finish some jobs.  Barry is a winner.

Ive had a bunged up head for a few weeks, and a bit of man flu. Was bending down earlier laying new anti slip tape under our large rug, and sneezed...

About 1/4 a pint of liquid fell out of my nose. Was slightly worried i was going to die, or it was blood, but nope, just clear liquid.

Apols if your eating and reading this, but i can breathe through my nose again, which feels alot better!

Many years ago when I was a teenager living in Brussels, I'd had this cold and was bunged for a long time, probably about 4 weeks or so. Even when the cold cleared up my nose was still bunged up. So after getting very fed up of it, I sniffed back as hard as I could when some lump fell from the back of my nose into my throat, I retched it up and spat out this clear cube of phlegm like substance into the bathroom sink, I was very astonished by it. After that, I could breath through my nose clearly, I was back to normal!

Met two seriously hot/fit/gorgeous women today and they both helped me with Phoebe (dog) who had hurt her fucking leg... again! First time we've had a serious 'ouch!' moment since she had the pins in her leg and I am so careful to carry her/help her up difficult bits, but I was distracted for a second by said glorious ladies!

At least I found out I'm not (yet) gay as I found myself quite 'tumescent' :)

Went to the tip recycling centre this afternoon to dump some ferret shite and assorted garden waste, a pug 206 pulled up behind with some massive polycarbonate sheets wedged into it. I asked if I could have them, he helped me swap them into the doomrover instead. He also had 7 paving slabs he was going to dump so I got them too. Recycling technicians tip monkeys looked on but didn't say anything.

I drive past that and it's blue twin on the 692 on my commute.  I shall try to get a picture.

That 106 looks smart, is that a for sale sign in the windscreen?

Posted

Yeah, the scamp lives at dipton along with a rickman ranger, has done for ages. It just makes me grin every time I see it!

The 106 is for sale, £150.... beware though, it's the one autofive was complaining about a week or so back.

She: "I saw a really cool car the other day."

Me: "O RLY what was it?"

She "Something called a Citroen LN"

Now back from working in Portugal so today I took the primrose connie up to Suffolk for an outing to Helmingham Hall classic car show. The £400 75 behaved impeccably, and we passed a few broken VAG products on the A12  :-D

I went to the Gloucestershire Steam Extravaganza today.

Some arsehole seems to have done a bad impressionistic painting of an orange Focus on your doors. Vandalism these days is just getting weird.

You daft sod,  you could have charged your phone here and had a brew as well ;)

Bike trip sounds great,  I'm getting very tempted to get another motorbike.  I cycle to work now and again but the new house is at the top of Angel Bank so cycling home isn't really going to happen.
