This came up on FB, people you may know ( I don't know them).

Love how the filter has made it look like the woman on the right has an eye patch 😄😄

12 years ago today I bought a solid 1960 minor off a mate for £250. I wonder what it would be worth today.

My trusty V70 in the background. I owned that car for over 10 years and had been all over the country and abroad before my ex wrote it off by crashing it into my van. They repaired my van but not my car.

He's probably already got it half stripped and he's on with reconditioning a prop!

This anyone on here? Spotted A19 Northbound just after Tyne Tunnel. Heading for Scotchland judging by the bumper sticker.

Had a good ole LOL on thursday night. I was in row 3 at the TLGP on a local bit of dual carriageway. Row 1 was some youths wearing baseball caps in a barried BMW 120d, and a 2nd gen Ssangyong Rodius. The youths were obnoxiously revving the engine, sending plumes of black smoke out the back and apparently trying to goad the Rodius driver. I rolled my eyes.

What happened next I did not expect. The lights changed and the Rodius driver rose to the occasion and clearly absolutely hoofed it. The BMW driver and his mate tried to give chase but were comprehensively thrashed. It was incredible! The BMW driver was trying, based on the cloud of black smoke and awful noise of a 4 cylinder diesel being revved hard, but there was no catching the Rodius which had a comfortable 4 or 5 cars length lead when I lost sight of them round a corner about 3/4 of a mile further up the road.

Heroic stuff.

Met a shiter today! @AnnoyingPentium.

We had a wee chat about cars and he had a drive of the Vectra V6. Glad you liked it. Also I had a mooch around Newport near Telford. Despite having grown up not far from there, I never (knowingly) ventured into Newport. Seems like a delightful little town. I'll have to visit on a day that isn't a Sunday.

Was lovely to meet you @Lord Sterling. I really enjoyed my shot of the V6 Vectra, has to be up there as one of my favourite driving experiences. :)

That wee A35 with the SJ reg I think may be an Ayrshire reg, so like myself, it's travelled a fair whack maybe.

If you find yourself in Hampshire @AnnoyingPentium for any reason, give me a shout and you can try out the Senator. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting you and would be glad to meet again, in happier circumstances.

@Six-cylinder dont watch the new harrys garage

i havent yet but lol at the thumbnail

I have watched it, but did not needs statistics from a warranty company having owned 6 over the last 23 years to know Range Rovers are not the best quality. I did agree one point with the warranty guy nothing else matches them for the ownership/driving experience/capability. I have considers Shoguns, Land Cruisers, BMW X5 and anything else I could think of that had a 3.5 ton tow capacity, but keep returning to Range Rovers.

Mate took this off me, bike and home for the last four nights. Cracking spot and great weekend with a top bunch of lads.

On the way back now, first leg has my bike in the back of a transit which is currently being skilfully piloted my a trusted pal using the gears and handbrake to stop. No drama, this shits second nature given our advancing years and history of shite vehicles.
