I’ve just remembered I have been to snetterton for the 24hrs du 2CV. Probably 20 years ago, which is why I don’t remember the Andes!

Yay, disco has a clean MOT pass. Not bad for 25 years old. Also a win for buzzweld paint considering 5 years ago it had advisory for all chassis & body corroding. No rust yet!

To celebrate my not-quite-60th birthday, Domestic Management took me out to lunch; we decided on a carvery at a garden centre.  The full horror of the implications struck us as we ate, surrounded by the demographic typical of such places, and we realised that the inevitable next step was either a Saga cruise or a week at a Warner hotel!

This sort of thing really grinds my gears, you had one job, be a car authority for your daily quiz. But no, cant even get the make right, would 3 seconds of googling have sorted it? Yes it would, did they do it? No, FFS!!!
