When youre sure suicide is the answer, and the question is death by Carbon Monoxide poisoning or death by crushing.

The Titan exhausting jack.

I remember testing an early one of them about 10 years ago. useless bag of wind couldn't even lift a Suzuki SJ.

I found out that Garbage are still on the go. The band.

Their first album was 1995, and I just found an album by them that was released this year! Bloody hell. They've still got it too.

Always thought they were underrated, what's the latest one called?

I liked them, but always found their albums a bit thin in terms of content. I always thought of them more as a singles band. I still have their first 45, which was housed in a metal sleeve, somewhere.

The early-mid 90s really were a great time for music... happy days.

Still find it hard to compute that the producer of Nirvana's Nevermind went on to be the drummer in Garbage. Mind you, both bands were a huge part of my early adulthood, so maybe that shouldn't be so strange.

Karma? I have never been a believer in it beyond sheer chance, but whatever you want to call it I heard something today which still has me smiling. An ex boss of mine was real bitch and very nasty to some of the staff (tried it on with me but didn't get far). She is also an utter snob and put down a lot of staff because their homes weren't anything like as amazing as hers. This got worse and worse when she came up close to retirement as she was spending an obscene amount of her husbands money having a house built in the country. She went on and on and on about not living near others, the view etc etc etc etc.

Found out today that the farmer who sold her the land waited until the house was built then sold the surrounding land to a developer for social housing. I nearly pissed myself laughing (as did almost every other member of staff) when we heard.

Karma? Possibly, funny as fuck? You betcha!

Trouble with Karma is if I like that post, bad shit will happen. So I won't say anything (but will giggle internally)

Took a break from the real world(and real cars) tonight and finally started on this.

Love Lego Technic, a brilliant way to unwind and relax. Until you can't find a bit. Or don't follow the instructions properly...

If Karma is a real thing (and I suspect it is) then that explains why when I parked the rear of the Bentley in a pole (the sort that sticks up not the sort that got invaded by Germany) I didn't actually damage the bumper again.

I did something nice yesterday (or stupid/foolish/definitely costly) for someone I only know through Facebook.

Well I wouldn't want to explain that to the kids. I'm still distressed from when I was a nipper and I put on a video that said Tom and jerry out my dad's collection. It wasn't Tom and jerry.....

Every time it rains I've been mopping out the cabin on the Renault because the rain was getting past the door seals.  Last night it rained and I went out with mopping out gear only there's nothing to mop out.  Stick-on plastic gutters must be working then :D

Traffic cops hasn't gone off air, it's gone over to channel 5. I flippin love traffic cops. Even better you can download it on bittorrent if you can't stomach channel 5

It's so close to looking okay it's actually annoying.  Needs a longer door and that weird 'peaked' roof line sorting to make it look right.  Probably also make the bumpers match and ditch both that weird chrome waist trim and fit a trunk that's flush rather than sitting proud.  But it's so close to being a potentially neat modern take on the old Business Coupe body shape and I'm really annoyed that it's just off the mark.
