And the day will come when, to the bane and enlightenment of man, the plague will awaken its rats and send them forth to die in a happy city.

A 58 plate Citroen C5 with the driver door mirror wrapped in tin foil to look like the undamaged passenger side.

A proton Gen2 with PROTON along the door bottoms.

And a Senic with MADONNA along the doors.

Oh, so that's where 'JUST DO IT' came from...

I've been pottering about the caravan park in 2nd gear tick over most of the week. Shes running a bit lumpy cos it's on neat veg. Ill put some derv in for the way home, and create the biggest cloud of clag when I hit the dual carriageway on the way home Dorset has ever seen!

Could be worse, my mates been doing the same in his new octavia derv and the dpf light came on yesterday, so we spent 20 minutes driving very fast up the a30something this afternoon to clear it!

I failed my mod 4, I ignored one question... however, I did what I should have done for that question in other questions.

Passed with 95% just waiting for my cpc and digi card to arrive... Then I buy a late '90s xj, because why not??? They're cheap to buy I'm ignoring running costs.

Well done, I did mine last year so now have my class 2. I have used it a little driving for an agency on my days off.

Cannot wait to do my C+E.

This was the only thing left that I needed as I passed c+e last month. Which is easier to drive than the cat c imo.

A guy I know passed his c+e with zero faults, what a bastard!!!

Mod 4 is stupid, I took mine in two different cities (that shall remain nameless) the one I failed in, the examiner was a prick. Training providers have complained about him to whoever you complain to.

Today's test was fantastic. The examiner was helpful and was happy.

Im paying my deposit when I get paid next friday.

I did my class C with a training school that I would never recommend.

The examiner was also a todger. I then did my cpc mod 4 with the same school and luckily the examiner was ill so another was called in. I got 100% and he said this is a waste of time and a money making excercise.

Congratulations on your C+E im really envious

I won a book on eBay on Tuesday night (about 11:00 p.m.) paid instantly and it was here this morning! Book about the Bentleys at Le Mans in 2003 (I think) there were no details at all about it on the listing so I am well chuffed.

Also, feeling slightly more human today so doing the washing and cleaning. Wait for the 'grump' thread saying how dreadful I feel! :)

Love Portsmouth at Sunset. I used to live behind the bigger of the 2 main blocks of flats in that picture, and I got some spectacular images with the Spinnaker in the background. Alas I'm a bit further away now, probably under that cloud in fact ,though my presence at the time would have been elsewhere within that panorama :-P

Best night was when we had a 3 hour electrical storm and trying to anticipate when a flash was about to happen, and hoping it would hit the tower. A few people got some great ones of it being hit, or nearby.

Would you fucking believe it, my p6 facebook coolant hoses have just turned up. I never thought I'd see them, I was about to order a new set off ebay and start a paypal payment dispute!

Just had a Dominoes pizza. Having eschewed them as 'nasty shit' for decades finally bought one as they deliver  and I fancied a Pizza. It was fucking delicious! Just shows what a prejudiced old twat I am that knows sweet FA about anything!

Pappa Johns are even nicer, pizza is my one and only vice (old cars are an eccentricity not a vice).

That'll be £27.99 for a 5 inch please.

I've just won a boring round of 'what's ur best price' with someone. It matters not how many times they ask, the response will always be the same. Some people get it after one response, some take shit loads. Emails are free, that's why you haven't got my phone number chief.

only a muppet pays the menu price, there is ALWAYS an offer, never more than £10 for one so big you could sleep on it round here.

I prefer the pizza shops of 'some kind of nationality' not sure what. They will sell you a massive (probably cat meat) but they fill you up and taste alright for under a tenner.

Don't suppose you fancy selling my Scudo for me?

Thought not.

I'd honestly be more than happy to do that for you.

Happy days: three hopeless offers for my car from the same person and each time I've had 'I won't bring it back if I buy it and I have to get it mended'. Three times I've told him he won't be bringing it back full stop as it does need to be mended as stated on the advert.

This is where I think wheeler dealers ought to be made more up to date to give viewers a taste of the real car selling experience

Mike attempts to sell the car on a well known Internet auction site, has to resist 3 times due to non-paying bidders, someone turn up after winning the auction haggling over the price they won it for with offers of 'CASH today mate' and the eventual buyer phoning up demanding his money back 6 months after the purchase because a totally unrelated fault has occurred therefore the seller must have known it was dodgy.

Well I've had three offers so far - two of half my asking price, and one of £300 - which I said I'd accept but the offeror has now gone quiet, quelle surprise].  Nobody's actually turned up to view the bastard thing yet though.

Billy - appreciate the offer, but the logistics might be a bit awkward...

Whipped the front hub off the red PT after work today, amazing how quickly you can do something once you know how.... It took me less than an hour to do . Having learned from doing the last one I am paying my local garage £20 to change the actual bearing in the morning as its a five minute job with a 20 ton press and a five day job at home with various old, fucked chisels and a f.o.b. hammer.....
