Cheers for the advise , i looked into all this before i started and only use a shop in town ( Unique Vapour ) which only sells e fags and nout else , they have a chain of stores now so im  confident its all pucca , its all made in the UK with contents listed etc , Ive never bought the vape liquid via the interweb for the very reason you said .

The guy that made the crankshafts on that bike also tuned my zx6r race bike, which shit itself on the dyno before it even turned a wheel on a circuit so I doubt it runs
