Plenty of pub landlords got into scrapes with the polis and were 'taken to the station to help with enquiries' I hope it's BL whatever it is. The Roundel of Win It's like a disease isn't it? Don't worry, I also have the same problem 😁 grogee 1
Soundwave Posted May 29, 2024 Posted May 29, 2024 I'm going to take a left-field punt and say Cadillac Seville STS. Although these are perhaps more "failing nightclub owner" than pub landlord, unless it's a flat roof pub. Schaefft, grogee, HillmanImp and 3 others 6

HillmanImp Posted May 30, 2024 Posted May 30, 2024 Looking at the photos, I reckon this would suit a pub landlord like this. That is fantastically shit. Good work keeping it away from the Oval. Carl1981, Burnside, Shep Shepherd and 1 other 4
Schaefft Posted May 30, 2024 Posted May 30, 2024 Wow, that looks proper grim, electric seats must be pretty rare even in the Ghia? With a bit of love this could improve quite a bit. Tenmil Socket and yes oui si 1 1
danthecapriman Posted May 30, 2024 Posted May 30, 2024 You bad bad man! I absolutely love these! Very much reminds me of my old estate version. Same interior and everything. Is the paint Mineral blue by any chance? Looks like it in the photos. Probably the car I most regret selling. egg, HMC and Matty 3
drewd Posted May 30, 2024 Posted May 30, 2024 Awesome cars. My dad used to have a Granada 2.8 Ghia X back in 1996. My most vivid memory of that car was @DaveDorson getting smacked in the head by a bag of tent poles in the back of it. We were coming back from a camping holiday one night in a very loaded car when some deer jumped out in front of us. No one knows how my dad managed to avoid them, but he did leave some really impressive tyre marks on the road that night. It happened on a fast down hill near Rutland Water, and I was asleep up until tyres started screeching. I remember my parents asking if we were all ok and Dave replying 'not really!'. To be fair it was a bag of steel poles from a very old and sturdy tent. My mates mum used to have the estate version, that was a cool car too. yes oui si, Burnside and Matty 3
