Went to see this guy live last night
Second time I've seen him live.
Bloody funny.
Even got to say hello afterwards back stage. Which was nice. e1c67ff5ad1b2b3d63c5a3c59637fe45.jpg

Local spot: "RAD 102" on a Jag XF. At some point in the past, the plate was arranged to read "RAD10 2", but either the fuzz or the MoT tester didn't like this.

Somewhere out there will be

RAD 101

RAD 103

RAD 104

etc.

In old money, 'HC' was a local reg so DHC, FHC, LHC, VHC etc were on some prized plates.

Apparently SHA661N and SHA991N are no more. Which is interesting, because there are many anecdotes about both plates online. The former being a Citroen XM and the latter being a Shaguar XJ6.

A few I've seen this week - OO 10 AMP on an electrician's van, and WA55HYY

When you love your Perodua Nippa too much, even though it's registered as a Kelisa with the DVLA.

Big fan of expensive plates on cheap cars.

as I said, 5TU (which IMHO is the best plate ever), used to be on some proper AS of a Toyota Corolla. It was a bloody awful car and IIRC had done starship miles as a Taxi.

The car I'm guessing eventually expired. It's currently on an 18 year old C320 CDi that's probably worth about 0.2% of the value of the plate. Parkers estimates it's value at £650. I mean, if BOB1 went for £250k...

We have a lot of SC plates around here - the Stagecoach family live in the area.

A family I know have MAD 41T and BAP 71E - Baptie being their surname.

A Mazda 6 with P15 JUS, which I alway joke must belong to the Tennants Lager family!

I wonder if they were withdrawn by Doovlay?
There is something in the cherished number paperwork to the effect that if you piss about with the spacing etc the DVLA reserve the right to withdraw the number

John Moores  (of the littlewoods empire)  had JM1 on a Royce.

His live in "housekeeper" had a BL mini with JM2.

The bitch turned me away during Bob a Job week in 1980.
