Not much financial ruin on offer locally at the moment, thankfully.  This Lantra is currently £54 with 43 mins remaining.

Nothing within 25 miles of me in the sub-500 price! :(

Aberdeen 'Oil Tax' still exist's then I see...

Try again in a couple of days. I managed to find a fucked Suzuki Jimny the other day.

Let's check off that undesirable list:

Left hand drive in a right hand drive country

Scabby and white

Unpainted bumpers

Can still depreciate

Composed of at least three parts Unobtainium

On the plus side, it's a one-owner Japanese car from the 90s so WCPGW?

Also, I'm sure I've seen this in the wild either earlier this year or late last year and had been keeping an eye out for it to pap it.  There can't be two of them locally, or perhaps even anywhere.

As the Range Rover is now the vehicle of choice on autoshite I thought I would put a £500 buy it now one up on here which is local to me.

It's being sold as spares and repairs and it has not been used for a year (but not moted for 7) so what could possibly go wrong with putting this beauty back on the road.

Being the optimist I'm sure some fresh juice and a battery and a reset with a code reader then a drive to the nearest mot station will see this straight back on the road lol.

Engine management light is in and has been on for years it's the lambda sensor £100 to fix but never bothered as its an oxygen sensor, really who needs it!
Valve seals need replacing but he just tops the oil up every couple of weeks!

Engine has been run with a dodgy mixture for years because "it's just an oxygen sensor"

Engine has a serious problem

Hmm.

This looks like a nice way to travel for the cost of a mid-range booze-up.

2 Recent new front tyres, few age related marks, Heater blower only works on full power, recent new battery low tax all suspension works as it should. A comfortable clean car as I said a few age related marks but clean for the year roughly 145 k but engine is sweet no smoke or loss of power, will do someone looking for a diesel low tax car well with loads of life left in her. Cash on collection welcome and is sold with no warranty implied or given Grab a bargain.

Sounds great........

Lets give this a go.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/vw-golf-full-new-mot-/131980114135?hash=item1ebaa0b8d7:g:qDsAAOSwHMJYDQ-z

Upside down Golf is currently at £127.01

Seller says Good look u wont be disapointed

But 3rd down is

s-l1600.jpg

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Peugeot-106-P-reg-low-mileage-new-exhaust-good-tyres-/201698249122?hash=item2ef62709a2:g:oCMAAOSwUEVYDOxW

No bids at £250 and literally a stones throw from work judging by the picture if not the location.

Fifth down is this honey

s-l1600.jpg

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1993-Peugeot-205-Sceptre-Turbo-Diesel-3-door-/201695187161?hash=item2ef5f850d9:g:xccAAOSwGtRX0TD0

MOT fail with knackered rear axle makes £325 BIN look a bit steep

Seller says No daft offers please, don`t waste your time as I`m not giving it away I`m only selling as I have an affliction for French cars and no time or space but my small ZX and Xantia collection will struggle to sell and this 205 is at least desirable to other people and not just me.

Which makes me think I may have found a friend that I haven't met yet.

Sixth down is this

s-l1600.jpg

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Reliant-Robin-LX-1992-848cc-Petrol-/322296805228?hash=item4b0a62f76c:g:fSAAAOSwFdtX19~-

This used to be a regular sight in town so I was disappointed to spot it in our local scrapyard the other week but they are a good bunch so it should live again (or end up yellow/bangered /triked etc) currently £425 with 21 bids

From the town* that brought you Dr Feelgood, we now bring you this beautiful Land Rover Freelander. So awesome no mere camera lens can take in all of the awesomeness!

Of course the prop bearing, blowing exhaust and failed head gasket are there to ensure the buyer really gets an opportunity to "bond" with this fine vehicle post purchase. Do bring a flatbed, tow rope, or a couple of ponies, all three are acceptable removal methods.

£276 with less than 9 hours to go

* actually an Island, and one below sea level at that

I love that saying 'I'm not going to give it away'

Then 2 weeks down the line after the council have written him a letter, he is actually paying for it to be taken away.

Do it. You wont regret it. Economical, faster than you would think, corner better than you would imagine and wont rust
