E28 BMW 528 Ci, 2788cc Reg number, B214RLM, Alpine white, first registered March 1985. Pleased to say it is still taxed and MOTd, to July this year. Still looking for the mag. The car was left unused for several years. The person I bought it from was a journalist, or friend of one, and wrote an article about re-commissioning it that was published in late 1990s. It was from that article I put an offer in, and it was accepted. I had it for 3 -4 years, and enjoyed it. I was informed by a BMW specialist that where the bulkhead and front of floor joins it had rotted out across the width of the car, as well as other areas, and repair was "not practical" . Obviously that was not the case, as more than 10 years on, it is still on the road. I know that mag is somewhere!
