With standing around you free off sod all. You must actually put in some work.

 

The engine is suppose to be tuned up but there is no proof, so take it as standard and if it goes a bit faster than normal its a bonus.



Well, right now merely being unseized would already be a bonus, wouldn't it?
I doubt it ever will run again, given fucked to what degree the entire heap it is.

If it were free I would think twice* and still reject it
