You can get a similar 93 one for £1,490 with free dynamic weight reduction (tm), also known as rust.

How much for a Volvo on cam belt roulette and intersteller milage? 800 notes...

Used car market is messed up, that's scrap value any day of a normal week. But yea, stupid offers ignored.

I'd argue that £800 is fairly reasonable. Okay, not in a Bangernomics, mingebag motoring way, but less than a grand for the pleasure of keeping such an interstellar machine going as a hobby seems alright to me.

How can he create such stipulations about what the new owner does with it on a £700 car. It’s not the fucking British Museum. I half feel like buying it then sending a text back after a week saying I’d got bored with it so I’d painted it pink, looked shit so I banger raced it.

This has been here for at least 10 years, have always kept my eye on it.

Its for sale now. It looks really tidy, until you check MOT history. Have a guess how much he wanted? It’s an auto 3.0i turbo, but still.

Ah yes, how could I forget... Knew I'd driven one at some point. Blimmin good car apart from wet grass traction

Dealer fit option on the early ones . Fitted a couple . Not a particularly nice job .

I am not surprised. EP3s are quite amazing things to drive with an engine that can't be built today.

They were incredibly cheap new for what they were so didn't get air conditioning as standard. They're very focused as a driver's/track car for something off-the-shelf too and have an engine that's all about response and revs - for many drivers, air conditioning detracts.

They're great. A Focus ST or Golf GTI is such a soft, underwhelming thing to drive by comparison

As much as I love them, I love my air con more when it works. So you know... :D

Dealer fit air conditioning??? That is ridiculous! What a major upheaval on a brand new car, entrusted to dealers...

Seller appears to be a massive simpleton hopping on that classics hype train with this incorrectly listed £4k lanos base.

This is the S model which is the base spec. He hasn't grasped that despite it being a 20second Google search away.

- The engine Packs a Punch and it Works Well.

- car is in good condition and I am using it to get around

- It will fit well into a collection or even for an enthusiast
