I don't think he's dreaming!! A virtually complete, and sound, original Lotus which will be a dead easy resto (compared to some I've seen) - I bet he'll get his money!

Crikey that is laughable!

Love the pointless chequerplated bit. And the 80s Honda steering wheel.

What a total bag of donkey cheese. They seem to have refused offers of 99p and £10.00 for it..I'd have taken the tenner and ran!

The really laughable thing is that for what he's asking you could have a 1973 Beetle and a 2001 Pseudo-Beetle and still have change

it is almost violent in its sheer ugliness. But check the work he's put into it! He's reprofiled all the doors, bonnet etc, even the roof has been reshaped! Unbelievable.

... an unknown concept to some. 2000 euros with a dead battery, dead brakes, a partial repaint 5 years ago, stress fractures and a useless towbar.

Has the appearance of a startled moose, the towbar is the height of optimism.................

This has got to win some kind of prize for comedy vehicle of the year....

£450 would buy you a choice of KV6'd motors, from the lowly 75 to the cooking 800 coupe, to the WEAPONS GRADE SHITE Kia Sedona Gasoline  Actually give it a year and it will buy all three

That finished on eBay a few days ago, it made £330 (res not met), I wonder if the general public valuing it at 1/4 of his asking price, will make him revise his opinion.

My dad should have kept his 1984 Transporter crewcab for a bit longer, he could barely give it away earlier in the decade.I despair at the VW scene! Even the bland type 4 and type 5 vans have a cult and scene surrounding them.

I was about to suggest we buy these then set up tales on a surfer dude forum that they are the new "sceene" but then I found thiss at £850 reserve not met for a hand painted SHERPA....

T25 prices are going nuts. Two years ago I was offered a minibus, totally solid and a nice spec with PAS, two-tone paint and good trim. All clean, no rips or welding. £1250 with a years ticket. A vey nice bus but no real use to me.I've since seen the same spec bus, missing half the seats 'so you can get an airbed in the back', shabby and SORNed and without ticket for £3500.Wasn't too long ago you could get an ex-plumbers van, with some dings and dents, for scrap price. Dings and dents are obviously worth scene points now
