Mates just found out his mrs has given it to his grandson. Lucky bugger hey, wish my Nan had done that.

He sent apologies for getting hopes up. On the plus side people will get more time to see just how muthafuckin cool you are when you cruise past on the Vision.

Following on from that bitchin two stroke above to the other end of the spectrum. I got this today from Telford Classic dirt bike show.

Tidy little bike really with just the odd scuff on the plastics. Wanted one for ages. @Rustybulletholeyou have one don't you?

These were great little things. A bit slower than the Passola on take off, but better top speed if memory serves me correctly from owning both years ago.

Vic Brittain trail today. Pretty hard to say the least. Lots of mud and big rock steps.

Ali Express has been raided. Excuse the terrible photograph, it's supposed to show the top quality* large screen and the headlight guard...

Possibly visible in the photograph of the weird sort of fishnet seat cover (because I keep swiping the seat when getting on the bike) but not the winky-wanky-woo upper front crash bars things, because it looks like I need the lower ones for them to fit.

That reminds me - I bought an additional rack to lob on top of my top box from Ali Express and I cant for the life of me remember where I put it.

My fishnets arrived about 15 mins ago, what do you think of them? I think they look decent if they fit.

Is your Ali Express screen any good?

The fishnet fitted ok, not tried it for comfort yet, though. The screen was also quite a simple fit, the quality is a little hit and miss as it had a chip or two from memory. Again, as yet untested but I reckon it'll be far better at keeping the elements away than the standard small one.

Thats you all geared up for valentines then.

Really rate mine, stops me getting wet when sweaty or is pissing down plus more comfy too. The one I've got is a coolmax as it was on the bike when purchased.

Really nice ride today, declined a go on a crosser as only two weeks post double hernia op though enjoyed both the traffic slalom and the lanes.

Vespa seems to be holding back or more like slightly intermittent at flat strap and did once cut out when i hit a pot hole. Didn't fully die just not reving. Coasted into garage pressed on the plug cap thinking thats a good easy first check. Though i didn't find anything that may lead me to believe that was the issue it then fired and made it 8 miles home. Gotta be a lose something electrical right?

Funny old things screens. Getting it right is trial and error most seem to just increase the buffeting though that one you got does look like it'll be big enough to actually be behind.

Agreed I tried all sorts on my FZ1 and found cutting the standard screen down by 4” made the best screen for zero noise and reasonable wind protection.

Lacking in patience I took the one off my himi and put it in the bin. Whilst they can be great on the road in the dirt id rather it weren't there.
