I now have the option to buy the Toronado.😂 Also mysterious rotten coupe in the North Pennines. Can anybody tell what it is? He's scaled down his fleet considerably now and only owns the Skylark (his wife actually does), Cherokee which needs welding and the Toronado he bought on ebay about 5 years ago, although I recall it being on ebay more recently. Tempted by it but it's another project I really don't need, kept his number anyway in case he ever decides scrapping it, I would definitely have it then. Those with two usually had one new car and the second was an older car or sports car. A house across the road from us had two identical cars, two Viva’s, two Bond Bugs then two Skoda Rapid’s. Not necessarily in that order as my memory is not that good. Anyway although these are boring modern cars, they are a great colour and reminded me of our old neighbours: I wasn’t sure whether to put this in the number plate thread but the plates are not that great but do have S C Marsh below on both in a proper ‘90’s fashion: Whilst I am not overly impressed with the vehicles it is nice to see people who know what they like.
