Or print on normal paper and cover the plate image with a bit of sellotape before cutting it out. The worst might be is that yellows a bit over time, either live with it (patina) or run off a new one.

I have a shit inkjet printer, I don’t think it’ll run at the resolution I’d need. Fine fit printing out tickets or whatnot but it’s like having cataracts on anything else.

Here's a couple of nice shiney Norev Dealer Boxes.

First is one for the Renault (E)Fluence Concept car.

The car was designed by Patrick le Quément.

Renault presented the 2+2 concept coupé on June 4, 2004, at the Louis Vuitton Car Elegance Classic in England.

 

The second is for the Peugeot 206 CC

Two CCs in the brightest colours of the time.

One green...

and one blue.

By the way, it is not one open and one closed, the roofs on the models do fold up and hide in the boot, but as I am just about to move these on I am not risking the fragile mechanisms. (I have broken a Minichamps SL in the past).

Stripped.

Filler deployed, and rubbed down. This took ages to get right on this one for some reason.

Painting. Masking up around the windscreen base was trying too. The white stripe doesn’t follow any body contours or lines here so it’s got to be a smooth curve done with the tape.

 

Im pretty pleased with how this one came out. Just needs to dry off properly then reassembly. It’s a nice little casting though, definitely got the Sherpa look to it! Just a shame they cast the dents in!

used to work with a fellow that worked on the J4 line at Washwood on nights- he said he went in one night and there was a bit of a panic as they were trying to rectify a run of vans that had their roofs put on back-to-front!

Another piece of French dealership diecast. This one was made by Vitesse when they were supplying Renault with all their chod.

1997 RenaultSport Spider. 

This is the no screen type that was not sold in the UK officially.

Fairly good detail for the time of manufacture.

 

Interior has detail dash and yellow backed seats.

This must be one of the last to be made in Portugal
