This all going jolly well :)

I missed this first time round.  Put me down for two (and have another bump).

Was well impressed with the 6-cyl SVM Volvo Experience at Shitefest and this might make a pleasing change from the Discovery, while being just as useful.  Mrs S tells me she's grown very fond of the Disco though, so something else would have to go.  Or I'll donate it to someone else if I win.  Or something.

Edit:  I've appended myself down below. (Fnarr fnarr.)

This one's the 4 pot turbo Sir Skizz. The 6 pot was the red one last year.

I can confirm that it drives well, boosts, GLFs, is comfy and the heater is toasty warm!

Not quite - see initial post. I'll address the heater's less than toastiness soon. Maybe tomorrow. Maybe even this evening. It's warm enough when above idle but goes less than scorchio when stopped. I suspect plumbing the heater matrix backwards and a decent drive with MOAR REVS than usual will cure it. I may even do the dishwasher tab flush method as endorsed by Mr 320Touring at TTT Solutions (Dunbartonshire) Ltd.

  • 3 weeks later...

I'd forgotten about this. Time for a bump seeing as everyone has got over the christmas horribleness of much empty bank accounts.

In Other News...
New NSF tyre fitted after the old one blew out an old repair on the dual carriageway.

Heater matrix flushed out. so burn. much warm. very toast. wow.

Also...

If you've gone off the idea feel free to remove your name from the list
