Bloody sure I used to see that Transit round Shrewsbury when I was working in the area. I think the garage mentioned on the signwriting was on the A49 almost opposite the entrance to a Tarmac Quarry at the start of the Hereford Road.

Re: that Sceptre, not only should it have a vinyl roof, it also has Hunter bumpers... I suspect that it's been reshelled at some point.

That Sceptre looks so wrong its more of a tax exempt id ringer than anything else.

The only way this could be better is if it was a manual Avant:

A brown, beige interiored 5-cylinder oddity even when new - what's not to like?

The seller of that Audi, ‘Stussyvw’ has listed quite a few interesting old motors previously, although most have suffered half-arsed lowering jobs, general neglect and high asking prices.

I think he's trying to mimic some of the hilarious descriptions that have appeared recently. Only to fail epically. Proper cringe reading....

Seem to be plenty of people on his advert telling him that he's funny. Sadly I think he might have asked them to say that he's funny.....

That's mainly town use with the odd 40 mile trip out. It managed 19.4mpg on the run from Northampton when I bought it and 19 when I visited Wat last week. Town is what kills the mpg in it, stop-start it'll only do 12-14. I've had 22 on a run but got very bored doing 60 I normally go a bit quicker than that, but it'll happily do 18-20 at 70ish.

Only flogging it because the Heep is half the price to run and almost as good at towing.

Soz, because I know re-hosting/quoting eBay links on here is frowned upon, but that is utterly, utterly brilliant.

Maybe the wheels are worth that if they haven't been too buggered. Otherwise V5...

Lotus Elan

How gutted would you be? Looks like it wasn't insured too.

The car has not been written-off by an insurance company
