While most of us were enjoying the sun, some people used the bank holiday to rid themselves of shite....

Lets have a look.........

Oh yes. Very much yes, in fact. Not only a Regal, but two stroke as well. And a van. It could only be better if it was the only one left in the country ... oh, wait ...

All the wheel arches and majority of body work is outstanding

Yeah it certainly looks outstanding in the pics!

Due to the long time spent stored outside, plant life has grown through the front grill, pushed it out, and warped it

Nice!!!! Defo worth £800 BIN all day long.

5 years of preparation gone into this - buy it and wow the crowds throughout the 2010 show season! Watch and laugh as the hardcodre dubbers start adopting the flat tyre look on their rides ('i drive carefully, dont speed and avoid bumps in the road, therefore I dont need my tyres inflated, its perfectly safe') and removing the doorskins.

What a stunner!!!! This is what I want to see when i'm looking at a Mini. NOT sportspack arches, chrome headlight browz and drilled alloy window winders OK? F**K THAT $H*T MAN!

Looked great until you see the interior shots of the floor with the numerous welded plates that remind you that this brown Mini is no different to other Minis - it's rusted to buggery...

True, but that is to be expected. If this were a sensible price - by which I mean comparable to other miserable brown cars from 1980 and therefore £500 with 12 months ticket then I would be flashing the cash here and now.

Unfortunately, no different to other Minis it is already at £900 with 9 days to go.

Seems the last cheap mini was the one I sold about 5 years ago!

Heres a rare thing, a 146 with a Boxer engine!

I knew the ealry 145's have that enginee but i thought they had sacked it off by the time the 146 came along. I think the whole front end structure and suspension etc is completely different between inline and boxer versions. A sure sign of SHITE!

I'm surprised it still has a manual choke on it at that age

My H reg Tipo and G reg Volvo 440 both had manual chokes.

Must admit I though it was quite strange considering their age!!

They certainly worked better than the auto choke Sierra I had before them!!

SCTSH_ANDY's L registration AX GT had carbs and a manual choke. And no power steering. It runs a TU 16 valve engine now but still has the choke lever on the dashboard.

205 Gentry, normally these are an auto, but this one has been converted to manual, thus increasing the WIN level by 176% at a stroke. Its like a cross between a VP allegro and a 205 GTi (obv the 205 genes are the dominant ones) which sounds like a gr9 recipe to me.
