I saw this on the road en-route to the dealer’s only last night when I was in mine. I noticed it as it was one I hadn’t seen before and this pale blue was a Sport-only colour. Missing its front splitter, but they’re easily-damaged due to them sitting quite low (mine is cracked). With 83k on the clock and a healthy amount of T&T I’d say it’s a reasonable buy.

Something about the Moosemobile makes me think it'd bring a smile to everyone it goes past :roll:

 

At least it's in London, or I'd be thinking about getting it :shock: Tha't despite the HG sounding as if it's gone.

I find this quite appealing insofar as he's done the absolute bare minimum to get a legit MoT on it. The replacement reg. mark isn't a bad one either. I'd roll as-is.

Pre-63 yes, but as this is a '63 car an A plate is the "right" replacement.

I had an Oxford that had been plate-raped and ended up on an A suffix. Bloody annoying.

This old 405 has now been on ebay from the same seller for about a year and a half.

I originally thought he was possibly just a knob who was selling overpriced tat and finance, now I can see he's much cleverer. By keeping his cars on ebay for a number of years they will actually start to appreciate. In 2020 this will probably be worth at least a grand and he will have covered all his fees with a tidy profit to boot.

What look like cheapo wheeltrims on the 405, and also are the back seats a different pattern from the front ones? Wheel-shuffler grille badge :roll:
