Seriously, if it wasn't in Staffordshire and I wasn't so skint I would buy this. One of the very first S1 F Types! The furry dice would have to go however, just like I binned the 'rock n roll' stickers and stick on flames on my Cambridge within hours of buying it.

My eyes hurt. As Cav just discovered, it takes ages to do that to your words.

I'd be right on this...

...if it wasn't in fuggin Sussex.

Thinking I might instead be hitting one of these HARD. Both with the same seller and local. The blue diesel is receiving more love so far... is it a NAD like DW's?

unless you have a connection with an obsolete Renault parts dealer/mechanic, are a Renault enthusiast, live in France, or are very handy, this vehicle is NOT for you. I learned this the hard way

Blue BX is lovely, best colour they came in IMHO. It'll be an n/a diesel by the way as they never officially came with a 1.9TD lump. They're not desperately quick but get better with age, mileage and cooking oil assuming it's aBosch pump of course.

I bet you'd get seventy quid a throw or more for the alloys too. I ebayed some a few years back that were a bit rough and the bidding went mental. That's a colossal bargain, someone should buy that and track day it for a bit, it'd be mega fun.
