Ebay Tat Volume 2 - Sadly deceased.

It's tough to believe that the attention span is so short on ebay sellers that they get halfway through a listing and forget the lies they've already told. That Cavalier is a good example. "1 owner from new" but then on the first paragraph says it was owned by someone else. Show Car.... oops no it's rusty. If you don't like it when you get here then walk away with nothing to pay... but cash on collection, don't try to bid him down, don't like it don't bid etc etc. Oh and my favourite.... "Maintained to a very high standard" but the only service he's not done was due to old age..... 12/09. So it's not had an oilchange for over a year, that's not a high standard!

It's difficult to justify the mong process to buy a car. It'd have to be really, really cheap.

He seems to be getting a bit twitchy/arsey about it now too, moaning about the number of watchers etc and no bids. Perhaps if he wasn't bullshitting so much and had started it cheaper he may have seen some bids? To be fair it's worth the start price alright and maybe a little more on top but it'll be eons before it starts to rise in value.

Now, Austin 1800 Mk1 anyone?

Cheap BX GTi. Mate of mine had one of these a few years back and I recall it being quite a giggle to drive.

...and it comes with a very sought-after number plate, which you could sell for about eight million pounds to anyone who runs a business called KS Motors...

Ideal for surveillance, in a bad part of town, in a 1970's USA cop show

It's crying out for Fred Dryer as "Rick Hunter"... :D Seriously though, it's also overpriced. Being a 2-dr Hardtop there will be a bit of General Lee/Pontiac GTO scene tax applicable, I suppose. And yes, I know the General was a Dodge and therefore unrelated!

I bet theres a few knuckle-dragging wankers out there who would love to know where this is!

5.4 Chevrolet V8! £1000 opener.

My other half wants one of these...a lot. This is pointless, tho'; it would be cheaper to get one from the continent, in better nick. And if I read it right, it hasn't even got its' engine? A grand for starters...having a laugh, surely.

It does have an engine, although it doesnt look super healthy admittedly.

I dont think £1000 is an obscene price for that TBH
