Ebay liars: Yes, I should have f*cking well come and inspected your second hand bike first but then again I'd have thought 'needs a little TLC' and 'no rips or tears in the seat' along with 'a good little bike' might have meant just that. And not a pile of wank that looks like it was rescued from several years on the bottom of the Shropshire Union after having being beaten up with an axe and a sledgehammer.

Just to rub salt into the wounds it'd really help if the address you want it returning to doesn't actually exists or isn't correct so someone can spend three fucking hours on a round trip taking it back when it should have been an hour or so there and back.

Probably not the best time to say that when I bought my used bicycle on ebay I was (after winning the auction) allowed a long test ride around Teddington and was then given a tenner back as the old lady seller thought "that looks like a lot of money on the table", a long with some home made cookies and a chilled Coke as it was during a heatwave I positive-feedbacked the hell out of her.

Indeed not, but thanks for your (and your mate's) help, it did make a difference, cheers. They wanted it returning to where your friend collected it from but I said no, it had to be the seller's house, not her relatives. It's just been a bit of a 'mare but the seller still seems to think she has my money and my guess is she'll piss about for ages before she returns it.

Sadly for her that isn't happening as she never was paid for the bike (thanks to Paypal) so it'll be funny seeing how long she thinks she has a hold on me. Also I haven't left feedback. Yet.

Cheers Si, was rushing round alas or would have given you a call and dropped by. The plan had been to go there, drop chopper off and take my mountain bike to Delamere Forest but that didn't happen as had to get back. Oh well, wasn't a huge fortune in fuel and the money saved sending the bastarding thing back can be put towards my new bike or some extras for it.
