Bloody ebay decided to remove my ad for the Tatran because I put that it was like a Vespa or Lambretta. Apparently people could be misled. How fucking dim do you have to be to not know the difference, the title said Tatran and the desciption said it was built in the Czech republic. So thats 15 quid down the swanny. I bet it was some twat anorack reported it because it wasn't a Lambretta and how dare anyone use the name when advertising a eastern block take on a scooter. I have re-listed it without the reference in the title so we will see how long it stays up this time. Shame really as it is a much nicer bike than the Italian crap and certainly a cheaper alternative.

98% of music released since about 2000 is awful IMO, but I can't put my finger on why. There's a handful of artists I like, but they usually sound like they're from the 80s anyway. Whenever I say that, someone usually says "No! It's just that the great new artists aren't played on commercial radio!", then play some track to show what they mean and I just think "yeah... there's a reason why they're unsigned".

 

Don't really understand the hate U2 and Coldplay get, U2 released some great stuff in the late 80s/early 90s. Their newer stuff is just porridge but I don't hear much of them on the radio, they're pretty easy to ignore. The most publicity they have had in the past 10 years is when Apple put their latest album on everyone's iDevices and there were loads of dummies spat out. Ditto Coldplay have had some good songs, most are a bit dull but they're not really shoved down your throat like Sam Smith and friends.

 

Radiohead are great if you're in a "Radiohead" mood! There's few songs that can touch "Street Spirit" for basking in sheer lovely, lovely misery.
