Not wanting to start one of those debates, but it's odd how it's always the left wing who riot and break things when they're unhappy

Yes because Britain First/BNP/NF marches never have any trouble at all.

Really?  A good start might be not making crassly ignorant generalisations like that one.

Don't remember anyone rioting  or bemoaning our electoral system when Labour gained power with a minority of the total vote

Very Old Drivers who indicate to drive along a curve in the road then indicate right at the roundabout and position themselves to the far left. Give me strength.

We've got some of those 'anti-fracking' lot on our doorstep. I suppose if I wanted to live completely free of charge, leave an absolute shit tip everywhere and scrounge off simpletons, it's probably about the best way to do it.

Next up: Sanctuary Housing. Absolute and utter wankers of a company, their ability at being clueless liars is on par (if not excelling) Direct Line.

Caught the end of the ITV news while waiting for the footie. There was a piece about Lord Lucan now his son wants him pronounced dead. During the report they showed a picture of an old Ford that Lucan is supposed to have escaped in and said it was a Corsa. It is very rare for me to shout at the telly but I found myself shouting "It's a corsair you silly bint" much to the amusement of MrsD.

If ITV news need a car spotter they can pm me

The other night I was watching chirpy, cheery, chubby cock-erny Mike "owldahtyerand" Brewer who kept referring to a MK I, 2 door Asscart as a 3 door - I shouted at him but he ignored me.  He also can't pronounce Camaro - fucknugget!

Had an (unsolicited) offer of a loan in the post today.  The opening paragraph of the letter reads "You can get the money you need for the things you want to do without the hassles or high interest of some other lenders".  Directly opposite that is a box which says "Representative 48.5% APR".

So what exactly counts as "high interest" these days then?

It was definitely a Corsa, were you not paying attention at Cholmondeley?

The photo of Lord Lucan probably said "Ford Corsair" on the back of it but some brain-dead failed academic 23 year old post-grad thought they knew better and edited it.    People like us who know stuff rarely get considered for jobs like that.

Some of those payday types quote 4000% in the small print of the TV ads.

Didn't they get in trouble over this a couple of years back. Wonga definitely cut their rate from 4000% to only 1200%

Done a favour for an AS member's mate (not the member'a fault) and he's just completely taken the piss out of me.

I think that's the end of trying to help people out now, what a twat.

Just had an NIP through the post for last Friday, when we popped up to see Bill Bailey in Manchester.

58 in a 50......didn't see the camera as I was busy avoiding suicidal locals.....

So who do I get in touch with to see about getting out of it?

Do I need to go back with a stepladder and measure the size of the warning signs? 😉😉

Started a new job on Wednesday doing late shift 2-10. There's no set rota but told next week it'll probably be a 11 start and work the weekend but you can give that away if you want.

Gets in today after sorting it all out with my wife's shifts (as asked by the boss) and it's all "oh no there's no 11 starts now and we don't really know what you'll be doing yet" how do u u run a business like this??

I bet they have a really high staff turn over and I didn't know

Got the Stagea back today after it's been away for a week. It went in for an MOT and oil service and I said on my way out 'oh and I think the plugs probably need doing too'

One week later, after discovering that there was an oil leak onto the head (which broke one of the ignition coils) because the rocker cover gaskets had gone and can't be sought in this part of the world... I get the car back, only to have it off the road for 6 weeks while the bloody gaskets are shipped in.

It appears that some fucknugget has shot my cat.

He's having an x-ray now, results to be confirmed; £300 so far. SWMBO can haz barclaycard, thank fuck. And the pet insurance is up to date.

But if i find out who did it, their fucking dentist won't be able to identify them. I have my suspicions.

I hope they have a long trip down a short flight of stairs.  Repeatedly.  On fire.

Thank fuck for pet insurance

1 of our Huskies was in the vets for over a month with Polyradiculoneurites..doggy version of  Guillian-Barre syndrome

It's basically a virus causing paralysis in the individual, varying from loss of movement in limbs,to needing breathing apparatus.

Blue ended up with no control over his legs, although he could eat and crap fine !

So he spent a month in the vets having physio every couple of hours and basically waiting for it to pass naturally

He's now back to normal self and having a couple of sessions in a Hydro therapy pool a week

Just had the bill,  £4300 to date

We're covered to £5k on each of the 4 dogs so he's better be ok for the rest of the year....

wow.... of course, you'd probably find out a way to pay it even if you didn't. Animals do that to you.

really sorry to hear about your cat, I hope he makes a full and speedy recovery. as for the shits who did it, they deserve to be taught a lesson but be careful not to get yourself into trouble, they're probably experts in 'I know my rights' and are no strangers to the law. that said, if anyone hurt our two, I'd be out there looking for them :(

No good knowing your rights if your jaw is wired shut and you haven't seen your fingers in ages.

***Tigger Update***

I've just got back from picking him up, there's no pellet lodged anywhere, she thinks it's altogether likely that as it didn't go THAT deep (although that's subjective) it has either fallen out, or old furry arse has chewed it out.

Either way, they gave him some painkillers and anti-biotics; he must be feeling better as the nurse said "He's very feisty" - which we all know means "The furry twat bit/scratched/gored me."

He's got a bit shaved out of his side, and has just had the first food all day. Mine. Shitbag. Left my plate to answer the landline, and he's eaten half a turkey steak.

Yep, it would appear that he's feeling betterer.

£290.96 today, check up Monday.

Could have been a lot worse.

Thanks for the kind words gents, he's a PITA but he's my PITA.

Sincerely hope you catch the w*nker that did this and give him/her the same treatment.
