If it's an ax or bx it'll be a big thumbs up from most of AS.

Well. He's certainly gonna be more cramped in an AX. But they're awesome. Just dont crash it. Dont think I'd be comfortable sticking a bairn in one.

That was my thought when I drove Bucketeer's this summer, but then if I wouldn't put the kids in one, why is it ok for me to be in one.

I solved the problem with the 306 cabriolet ?

No, I love it. ?

First AX I've driven, and although the pedals are too close together, the suspension is soft and squishy, and it's very small, it has a charm about it that I've not experienced in a car for a while.

Glad you like it!!

Is that the example hubnut drove in one of his road tests?

That's the one.

59, 000 miles. It's the Tzx or Txz model (can't recall which), so it has electric windows and central locking (sometimes)

Of course I've 'Doctored' it, especially since one wheel trim doesn't have its retaining ring.

Will also need more satin black to do the bumpers, as the front one is showing red through in places.

Also need to do the bonnet, will probably just satin black it for now.

Littlun loves it too.

I think the laquer peel is part of the charm. But that's just me, your motor car you do as you feel is right

AX11 TZX

I have just got home with the 306 and done 87 trouble free miles this morning. I did not paint the wheels, but did visit a small car show while I was out. I chatted to a couple of people who all though it was a good looking car.

I like the black satin steel wheel look. Agreed with the idea of painting the bonnet along with the bumpers satin black. I think it would blend in nicely with the rather fetching dark green paint, especially if you can get a bit of a gloss finish going on.
