I have indeed driven one, and daily'd it's sister car the All Cars Snuggy, truly horrific, 25mph top speed if you have less than a quarter of a tank of fuel, any more than that will lower that number drastically

Doesn't look a standard colour that, but someone might know better. 

Are those the correct rear lights for a '58 car?  My brain is telling me that should have the smaller back lights with separate indicators.

yep ! the lovely 58 2 door I had (wish I kept it ) had the combined small backlight/ brake light/ indicator light rear lamps (with added indicators and non functioning semaphores) not sure about the colour as well
