This has made my willy fizzy, and I'm not overly sure why.  Granted - my mate's first car was an L reg Corsa in the same colour with the 1.5 donkey but still.

Probably some horrors lurking underneath those arch trims/gaffa tape/seat covers/collie's arse but who Fucking cares?

If it was scrap money I'd honestly have it.  As it is, I think he's a bit strong.  But what do I know?

It's the faded black and yellow diagonal striped tape, isn't it?

Look at the fucking STATE of this!!!

And although it took seven years and around three thousand hours, the vehicle you see here does indeed bear a striking resemblance to the Jaguar D-Type”

if it was described over the phone, in French, by someone with no eyes

Holy crap, that is legendary.

There's nearly a hundred photos so we can all appreciate the "faithful proportions and dimensions"!

It's as if a D-type has had a catastrophic allergic reaction to something.

That is something else. It's the ultimate advert for 'just because you can, doesn't mean you should'...

Here's one I made earlier. Virtually identical.

We shouldn't laugh. It took someone 7 years and over 3000  hours to develop those fatal proportions.

If my garage wasn't full to overflowing with daughter No1's stuff, this would be a great companion to my C30 T5...

£3k starting tho? It's a right mess

I see lots of typical 480 problems, poorly bodged rear arches, bad tail lenses, some sort of malfunction with the lamps, mileage might be questionable. Expect to spend many more £££ to get it right. Seems on the expensive side, but asking prices are on the rise lately.

3000 hours at minimum wage is £36,630, which would have comfortably paid for a S3 E-Type !

The mind boggles...

Yeah, but a series 3 e-type is even uglier.

Hey, this is AS - surely, the Series 3 E-Type is the one to go for ?

For full AS points, one should go for a shonky coupe imported from the US with those unmissable federal bumpers !

This will have hidden rot right? Every single Mini I've seen that wasn't recently restored did.

They are eminently easy to fix.  In fact, I don't think there is another car on planet earth that is simpler to repair - on the basis that every single panel, piece, part and thing you could ever need is still available brand new.

They don't hide the rust, you just use your drunken eyes and go 'Oh yeah - that bit too'.

If you're not into rust then old cars might not be the best pursuit!

UnBearable, if I need to bare an opinion. No resemblance, looks like the work of a 7yo.
