Saw this last night, already bid up to £4500 with over a week still to go. Quite unusual for such an early 1.6L to have the 5 speed box option (unless it's just the knob)

Be interesting to see what it eventually goes for as there's quite a bit of spend involved to recommission a car sat for so long.

Interested in this as it's similar to my Dad's first Sierra that i learned to drive (and passed my test in).

It’s alarming eh? I was thinking about letting my old heap go for £1500 last week. But it’s one of those cars that if I spend £1000 on it it’ll be worth about 3.5. I’m never going to get involved with the dash but it could be smarter quite simply. 

However, I’m rather hoping @Skizzerfosters it later this year and gives it some sympathetic loving.

Surely the best thing on eBay at the moment?  If I had the money I'd happily drive that back  to it's first registered town and stop to lick it every few miles./
