With an automatic they aren't worth much more in average condition, for good reasons.

3 litre V6, FSH,  change from a grand, Sheffield. From an orderly queue.

That meanwhile is a good deal.

I figured the BMW was a 'low cost, high liability' one but, even so, that's a nuts price?
The 406 is lovely but it would be one car too many here at the moment I'm afraid (but for a grand?)

There's so many of them for sale, and not many people that want to bother. Doing the typical engine related issues would be just as much as the asking price of the car. A manual one on the other side is rare and has one major potential bork factor less, so that would normally be much more than the typical E63 asking price.

Spam - more bargain BMWs listed for Lampeter than there are in the whole place! (Probably, I have been there).

I try to avoid Lampeter but it is on the only road south of here to anywhere :-)

There was a snazzy Jaguar last week (also pictured on the university campus???) so the odd fancy car does escape The East to wind up here in The Wet West. Mostly I scan FB Marketplace that any cars for sale around here are either overpriced local tat or underpriced scam tat. Any genuine motor here seems to have a 10% surcharge on the price - I'm not sure why. It may be that a lot of folks don't fancy travelling more than 15 miles to view/buy (or it could just be a touch of the 'Cardi').

["The term is most often used in relation to money (not spending and saving). The Cardi has spawned jokes about tightness in money matters."]

Someone installed the wrong springs in the front...

Wrong springs and someone has put low profile 50 section tyres on those 15 inch 8 holes. Should be on 65 profile tyres.

Also trading as Dream Cars….. usually have serried ranks of over priced Yank tat on sale

Ah, might be the guy who tried to flip the beat up '96 Caprice wagon for 5 grand for a year. Paid around 1700 for it and put zero effort in to tidy it up a bit, it might be the one in the background. How do businesses like this survive for so long?

It looks great, but:

I don't fancy buying a car that's a nonce's automobile.

I wonder if they've got Jimmy Savile's old Rolls in stock...
