That's much more sensible than that shouty red one.

Ooooh, that's lovely. Now that's what I need to beat the ULEZ. We'll ignore the fact it would cost more in petrol than you would save from being exempt. And that the engine is currently in bits and not in the car. Small details.

Free collection in person from Cullompton

Cullompton sounds like a good description for what's happened to it.

I do like F4s, especially because they have giraffe flaps.

Interesting the seller reckons it's a really early F4 though - isn't that a facelift back end? Lights, rear door plate lamps and number plate recess are completely different on the earlier ones?

Seems like a bargain. Especially after seeing hundreds of them still being used as dailies in Morocco.

Buy some AS history - @DoctorRetro's Metro...it has to be his one, there can't be another pink Metro in Sarfend? Some slag has had the wheels off it though. And they seem to think £600 start is acceptable....

Nope - Doctor Retro’s was an early K series Rover one, on a J plate I think.

1994 Vauxhall Astra 1.7tds | eBay

Another car ruined by that pathetic 'rat look' old bollocks. This one has a TDS engine which, iirc, is the GM unit rather than Isuzu. Whatever, the whole sorry thing needs weighing in.

Can't remember the last time seeing a Continental of this generation up for sale. This one needs paint and is probably worth half the asking price but still neat:
