I've had both turbo and non-turbo 400s - the turbo knocks nearly 10 seconds off the 0-60 time, it sprints* to 60 in just* 29 seconds compared to 38.5 for the non-turbo version.

(Still 3 seconds slower than a SWB DI Transit mind.)
