Cheap genuine CL55 AMG, but a pre-facelift so the lesser desirable variant without the supercharger. No MOT.

The fake Kompressor badges, ugly oversized wheels, stupid exhaust and swapped out Mercedes logos tell me that this must be a well taken care of example. Oh, and dont forget the ricer stickers on the side! And the mandatory V8 badge on the back just in case people still haven't realized you are the ultimate baller. Pure cancer.

I kinda miss my Mistsubishi Carisma, even though everyone with an opinion said the V40/S40 compatriot was better. I love Volvos, I have always wanted one, but I actually bought a Carisma... It's Renault diesel engine kept on playing 'attack of the random limp mode'  so it had to go. Otherwise it was a lovely car!

It's plate was FKR so it did live up to it's name, really.

Edit: Neither I nor my friend with a passion for fixing and his dad who is a good mechanic got to the bottom of the 'attack of the random limp mode'. It wasn't just me being intellectually lazy in getting rid!

OMG, there's some tempting stuff tonight, in particular that Starlet a few posts up. I like the look of the 5 series in red, but meh, 1.8.

This is my input to the evenings entertainment, no pic I'm afraid because I haven't worked out how!

Trust me, if A, I wasn't trying to get down to one car, and B, I had dry storage, I'd be snapping that 518  up in a flash. I've seen it about - it lives less than  1 mile from me. It's lovely if you bear in mind the wing that needs paint and a damned good polish all over.

Gutted about missing out on the Reliant Kitten on ebay last week. So after a slight refreshment last night noticed that the seller did not have any feedback on it yet so contacted  him.

He got right back to me saying that the guy that won it took 3 days contact him as is allegedly picking it up on Wednesday. If it all falls through he said he would be in touch.

The game isnt over yet! No sleeps till Wednesday.

Hopefully when the guy goes to pick it up and finds out the engine is seized he does a runner.

Essex, innit.  Wonder if it's lost its pre-selector 'box as well?

I don't see that at three and a half bags personally...

350 quid Rover 620SLi manual with 11 months ticket on Fartface, Market Drayton.

P917 XHG (it's the second iteration for those that know, evidenced by the 600 badge on the back, centre arm rest, and rear window stop light)

I still think a manual 530i E39 is one of the best everyday car bargains you can buy right now. Maybe not this example with over 300k miles though. Look at the state of it, this is the worst condition E39 I have seen in a long time!

I wouldn't either in the real world. My Mk2 was £500.

They're only worth what someone will pay.  I thought I was sitting on a goldmine with my last Granada: very early production, V6, manual... couldn't give the fecker away.  I ended up taking a disastrous loss just to get rid of it (well documented on here!).  And a Granada, for all its many faults, is a much better can than an Escort!
