it is very close to the "grenadine red" that our mini 1000. i wonder if that car was originally white too?

according to the ad its a colour called "spanish rose"m and kerry says that its the same as Rodney Mini's.

The Excel has a lot of Toyota bits so the wheels aren't a surprise.

Spanish Rose is the interior trim colour, second only to Ochre for fabulous interior colour schemes, as far as Allegros go!

One of those that won't look bad until you open the bonnet and find A) it won't open without a crowbar.  B ) The front slam panel is triangular and C) bet all the radiator supports, pipes, hoses etc around it have all been stretched, twisted and need done alongside the power steering pipe. Shame.

Bonus points for stopping to take pics of your bent in, near undriveable 406 with a car full of passengers, though.

"geez a minute mate, need to stop and get some photaes tae punt this on Gumtree later".
