That Solara has been posted on each of the last three pages of this thread.  It is rather nice though.

@tooSavvy Fancy a bit more oomph?  Just up the road from you too.

Doctor, doctor ( can’t you hear I’m burning burning) has a new listing that both looks great and seems reasonably priced ( at the moment).

Except the advisory for the tyres. Or the two other previous attempts to test it this year.

The front of this car looks my dog's face when he's about to drop the kids off at the pool.

The boot lock, however,  looks his bum after a particularly big Richard the 3rd.

Jesus.

We got the ‘agree’ react recently, when will we get the ‘I just came in my pants’ reaction?

As a long term estate botherer, that’s the kind of filth only imagined in my wildest dreams.

Which comedian was it in the 1970s with the bottle end glasses? Reminds me of that.

I used to own this. I bought it in the dark with a boot full of wheels and didn't notice the self levelling suspension was fucked. Then the PAS pump seized. The A/C was flashing the error light. Then the buyer noticed (I genuinely hadn't) that the inner wings had rust holes the size of footballs.

I wonder what it would have been like if I'd persisted with it?

Recently had around £3k spent on replacing the engine wiring harness, overhaul of all the braking components and a wheel bearing.

It would have looked like this:

This must be a rare thing a MAZDA XEDOS 6.

You'd think that wouldn't you? Loads have popped up for sale recently, and 9s.

And half of them are being flipped!

That is what you call FUCKED.

Bloke I worked with was part of a team that drove 2 new one across Africa in the late 1980s. They were lent to them by the UK LADA distributor.

The one with full roll cage and strengthening had some cracking of the monocoque. The completely standard one: they had to bodge the chassis rails with timber to hold the engine in place.

The distributor had hoped it would be a great marketing opportunity to show how resilient they were. Instead they were pushed into a crusher, and never mentioned again.
