Coilovers all round, done around 10k
Radiator, less than 1k miles ago
Turbo Rebuild, less than 100 miles ago
DPF Clean less than 100 miles ago
Oil filter housing, 10k miles ago
Airinlet manifold 10k miles ago
Ceramic clutch 30k miles ago
Duel mass flywheel 30k miles ago 

Could be driven away, but would highly recommend trailering her, to prevent damage to the new internal engine components.

Back in sixth form 1986/7 a young female in my form class had one of these in that metallic green colour. 

Can confirm, that despite being 4 stone lighter at the time, there was limited room in there for "friendliness".

(The handbrake nearly went up my arse)

Back in sixth form 1979/80 :-) .....
My girlfriend's dad had a small car business and we succeeded in lots of "friendliness" in many, many different Marques and models.
The handbrake problem is remedied by diligent use of parking in gear and leaving the handbrake off.
Naff front seats (i.e. not a bench seat Victor or the like) get inventive with the rear seat and canine style (family channel here ;-) ) 
Avoid velour - take the poverty spec, wipe clean, vinyl option.

Do not park anywhere that you may ever, ever, ever get bogged down or, even worse, said girlfriend's dad may just spot you in passing :-(
