Two separate issues though. ULEZ is not about global pollution or carbon footprint, it's about local pollution.

I also think that ULEZ shouldn't exist but that doesn't really address it!

My issue is with it's ever expanding nature. If it's truly in the heart of a city where you get all the clag/smog from traffic jams then fair enough. That's what it was originally. Almost like congestion charge!!

But pretty much everywhere within the M25 circle just doesn't cut it for me.

C'mon, fucking Croydon and Sutton... And Carshalton FFS 🤦

Before long, I wouldn't be surprised if it will "expand" to every urban area and only rural areas will be exempt.. taxing every "OLD CAR = BAD" off the road

[By the way, I am in no means arguing with you, just sharing my thoughts. I agree, and fair point about it's intention]

CVT Uno.  Worth it for the grille alone, frankly.

Seeing that makes me wonder if the current design department at Fiat have got terribly confused after perhaps hearing talk among the committee of:

"Bring back the big Fiat badge"

MOT till January '24,  current price of £250! (9 days to go tho).

Its the sort of car that makes you go "Why? Why did import it?"...and that alone is why I like it. Also it looks in fantastic condition!

That's the one, yep. They seem to position it so it peaks out a bit during the day and then back in to the drive way properly in the evening.

Yep, that certainly used to be the case when that Cav was new.  That's why there is so much '80s / '90s American porridge around.  The rules changed later so that they pay for cars to be shipped home now as well.
