EDIT: Seems the image has squashed itself when the post was made. Images on the ad itself are of the correct aspect ratio.

Did you buy your computer from @Cavcraft?

Bit of a barg that really, 2.0 Zetec could net you most of it back but that would be a huge shame as these are fantastic cars.

I shouldn't be surprised when I heard that Ford got almost to the launch stage of the sierra replacement, decided it was wank and produced the Mondeo instead, a lesson they learnt from the awful mk5 escort.

These are truly fantastic cars, a huge step up in quality at the time. I can remember the line that made the brake discs for these having to auto gauge (marposs) check every part that came off when otherwise it was left to human intervention, the tolerances were way beyond anything I'd ever witnessed before for a brake disc. A new engine line factory extension was built to house the Zetec and again the focus on quality of parts increased hugely.

If he gets £500 for that I'll be surprised. I had a 2.3 in Gold in lovely nick that I struggled to sell for £850.

Looks it would clean up a treat, but as you say doubt if it will fetch £500. :(

The trims need flinging and it has precisely one month's mot, but this is oddly desirable.

Full on early minge-bag Merit spec with no radio or glovebox lid.  Not even an aerial in the roof, just a body painted plug. Should be a 4 speed as well for added motorway fun.

Saying that, I like it also!!
