Squids live under the sea, where there are no accusation, just friendly crustaceans.  So I reckon that could make it a Citroen (Sea-troen) and it also has to be rusty (crustacean = crusty) so my guess is that it's a Volvo 340.

I saw a Picasso with a similar one yesterday - luckily I didn't have my phone with me to compare notes, thus avoiding tension-heightening.
