Changing my tires today. The spare, which someone had painted the rim red, got a coat of black.

It's a Giti PRIME WELL.

Nice, E rating for the wet, still someone will justify saving £50 because they drive “carefully” and have such good reactions that a 20m increase in wet braking is negated.

excellent!

i had some random ditchfinders on my picasso, they were bad

so bad, i had the abs kick in while braking normally approaching a roundabout which was fun

Not to be confused with the Viagras brand , famous for really stiff sidewalls.

Lad who works for me has a ~400bhp VW Golf R with "Jinyu" tyres on it

It won’t be 400bhp then lol. All that power, no grip 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Stumbled across these earlier:

Despite all the "same as premium" assurances I'm not sure that driving on them would be my finest hour......

Excuse the pic. XXV belongs to a lad at work.

I've had some of those Courier Driver tyres  in the past.

Not actually that bad if I can remember.

(think they may have been on a Viva)

Aren’t they all ?

Every tyre place that sells some Bangalore Tiger Grabber remould / budget shite always trots out some line about them being made by/ in the same factory as Pirelli /Michelin / Continental.
Horse shit 95% of the time I would imagine

I would imagine they buy up second hand kit or even whole factories that the top brands have finished with.  So they essentially make what Michelin etc were making 20 years ago and claim they are just as good but 50% cheaper.

Bangalore Tiger Grabbers have always served me well. Total bargain at £10.50 a corner.

Leaves plenty in the budget for recovery and accident repairs.

Yeh and they’re fine because you don’t drive fast and are so careful and skilled you can cope any emergency in any weather.
