MG Maestro actually outlived the SD3 Vitesse. I've got the 1991MY Today's* Cars brochure as bathroom reading atm and the MG Maestro (EFi and Turbo) is still in there!

I suppose this is more grin than grump, so:

I get to go to court to give evidence against one or two of the four cunts that mugged me last month, okay it's adjourned until January as one pleaded not guilty on a related case, but hey, that's all to be expected. The other is making a plea relating to me being mugged on Thursday.

Really didn't expect this, especially after I couldn't manage to ID one of them the other week.

(As for the other two, I've not heard anything about one of them, and the other was something of an accomplice - from what I've heard about town he was 9, which adds up with the fact he got off with a no further action after he supposedly fessed his older mates up).

Sad thing is, they must all be younger than me (19), as they 'cannot be named for legal reasons'.

Hope they get a suitable punishment, I would quite happily brought back capital punishment for them sub-human scum that mugged my mum but perhaps that would be a touch severe.

 

My grin? The Rover coupé developed a problem this morning, happy to 3000 rpm, lumpy (and sounds like the cylinders) to 4000 rpm st which pint it stops revving. Why a grin? Because it started this at 3.45 this morning but still got me to work 25 miles later. Love that car.

after you've seen them in court so know their faces and names, let it lie for a while then go all vigilante and pick them off individually when they are leaving pubs etc
