the two mps that had been denied into israel

not a surprise - not cos mp or british or anything like that

for a number of years its been a thing that if you travel to certain places in the middle east you cannot enter israel

even tho it mentioned where theyd been first - the headline was still omg denied

the other way round israel then away - woulda been no problem

why cant they research this shit

sadly taxpayer is likely paying for it

I worked for a commercial photo studio in Sweden.  There were many trips to the middle east for location photography and all the models, photographers and reps had two passports, one for Israel and the other for everywhere else.

Sixpack arrived yesterday. What a lovely, rare to me, treat. Why don’t we sell this here?!

Random wondering- How many packs of Irn Bru can you

a) Fit in the boot of Daimler Conquest?
b) Get across the border without being hassled by the customs?

Queued up for a kebab last night and it was quite busy. Were several expensive audi's out on some sort of drive, everyone's heads kept turning now and again with the sound of a loud exhaust approaching 🧓

I then heard an XUD approaching (there's a zebra crossing nearby which makes people change down) and a fucking mint looking dark green ZX Estate on an N plate came tootling by. Didn't get my phone out fast enough sadly for a pic.

No one else looked at it...

Seemingly from some different sort of metal construction material, as the colour seems a bit different

The leading article in this week's Spectator made me smirk.  It's entitled "Keir Starmer's moral vacuum".  Which seemed a reasonable enough premise for an article, until I saw that it was authored by Michael Gove.

I’m not an apologist for Israel so don’t have a go at me , but this was a put up job. Muslim MP publicly criticises Israel  and then travels there knowing they will be denied entry, also knowing that would make more of a story than if they’d been allowed in.

Disney have the fifth largest navy in the world by number of craft (750) due to the boats in their parks. Obviously by displacement they're way off.

In 1989 Pepsi had the 6th largest navy in the world when the Soviets traded them  17 Submarines, a cruiser, frigate and a destroyer in return for opening Pizza Huts in the USSR and supplying various products. Unfortunately they scrapped it all rather than do the obvious thing and use them to muscle Coca Cola out of the market.

In an interview, I saw that one of them said, "It's vital that British parliamentarians are able to see the situation in Gaza first hand for themselves."

Why is that vital?

I don't think that them being MPs means that we unconditionally support them and I don't think that the support of the British public should grant them the right to cross borders unconditionally
