The Mazda Lantis of many years has departed stuno towers for fresh roads.

I am now almost carless and will remain so for a while until sufficient funds happen. Only a 2003 Suzuki Swift  remains.

Whilst queuing up for Download at the weekend, I got chatting to the bloke next to me and at some point whilst discussing a popular beat combo, I happened to mention that I thought the singer was a complete wank-puffin. This was obviously a very early use of a cyber insult being used in the real world as chap spat a considerable quantity of his beer all over me and began choking!.

Need to get a photo and see what interior it has if I see it again!

I'm largely unimpressed with tarting up cars but was fairly taken with this one - Blondie is hard work but still.

Apparently it's Clean Air Day today, so went a post by our esteemed* Chief Exec on the council intranet anyway.

 

I celebrated it by driving my 31 year old diesel Citroen to work, congratulating it for surviving (almost) three times the average life of a car. As we clattered along in the early morning sunshine, I wondered about the volume of greenhouse gases saved in not making those extra two cars that haven't been needed to replace it.

Sod it, I don’t care anymore. I’m seriously thinking about killing myself rather than living in this dystopian nightmare. If boris defeffal johnson is the answer what the fffing hell was the question?
