If this is not fitted to your shite, it drives you insane

My jaguar has the feature, I think it's for fat American people, that when you take the key out, the seat moves back and the steering wheel moves forwards.

This I can't do without.

Also, armrests in the front is another thing I can't do without.

I had the Air con fixed on my Mazda MX5 in spite of it being a convertible.

Rear wiper, I love the look of the lava lamp Civic, but could never own one!

Coolant temperature gauge.

The Visa doesnt have one. I hate it.

Decent foot heater for the winter, decent face blowers for the summer.  Big steering wheel.

A full compliment of working dashboard lights.

(1) Wot Junkman says.  I will drive a spavined death trap that is mostly on fire without a second thought , but will spend 20 hours trying to fix the interior lights on a perfectly usable car; before sending it to the crusher if the fix fails; and

(predictably enough)

(2)  At least one dead hooker in the boot.

Yay that.  Of all the myriad reasons for not buying a Princess, the absence of a rev counter has always been the clincher for me.

From a taxi point of view I must have electric rear windows cos punters have a habit of leaving them open. Alloys are a must due to me hating having to replace trims.

Cup holders! As I'm always thirsty after a hard day at work, I need somewhere to hold my 600ml bottle of Pepsi Max when I'm driving home

manual gearbox is the killer app for me, I can give up almost anything else.

oh and predictable brakes, they can be shit as long as they are shit in the same way each time.

In the resin rep rocket, a decent ICE system. In the LR, floors I can get to without filling a rubbish sack.

I cannot recall when I last saw the floor in my Landy.  Come to think of it, how do I even know it still has a floor?

its less bothersome than you might think cos it doesnt get as bad as you'd think it should!

It has got to be dry inside, and have good door mirrors.

Generally speaking, a rev counter, temperature gauge, and the main dials in front of where the driver sits. Oh, and I do like a leather steering wheel too.

When there isn't two inches of water in it, the floors have gone.

Adjustable intermittent wiper speed. Dealbreaker.

You'd hate Binis. Only has intermittent at 5mph or less, otherwise the only settings are 'on' and 'fast'.

Three pointed star. Leather seats.

Rev counter - if they never came with one (e.g. boggo classics) I'd have to cut holes in the dash and fit one anyway.

Decent sounds - doesn't have to be really loud or bass-heavy, but cannot drive with tinny-sounding speakers.
