Same weekend as the 2CV racing at Silverstone.  Which is only a few miles from the FoD...

Same day as an Amyl and the Sniffers gig in Nottingham, but I think my pain levels are too high for the potential moshing 😕

Plans already in place for that one. Hopefully the NEXT one I shall be available!

I should be able to make it to this one.  For some reason I thought it was the ACA auction that weekend but it's the following weekend.

THE GAFFER

I'm rather pleased with how that photo came out, especially as it was taken from about 30m away with a remarkably long lens.  The bokeh effect on it has worked rather well.

Looking forward to it. I'll try and remember to bring my camera along to this one. Might have a new toy to play with, if the price is right.

Page 402, strange I have  just been asked if I want to buy a Peugeot 402!

I hope you said yes.

It did not appeal, now a 403 is getting warmer, 404 is hotter my era. Spot on for me is the 504 and I have one.

Is this to collect a failure? Or so Chris can bring 2 cars back at once 😂

Nvm Chris posted his pic as I was typing my reply. This isn't more railway that needs a full strip down and overhaul before we can play with it or assembling in the exact identical way it came apart is it? 😟

It is shelving for the container/barn that Andyrew found for sale and this is load number two he has bought to us.

And yes it needs work to assemble it including cuting down the 9 foot uprights to 7 feet for the container.

Thank you @Andyrew

An 02 Peugeot is definitely on my bucket list.  Probably more likely to be a 202 rather than a 402 though - much as I'd love a 402 they seem to fetch rather a lot of money in decent condition

What an insult!

that 'parts' car is lovely........ go your own way. Definitely the preferred option - or was it a package deal?

I take it they didn't want a CF as a swap?

I'm just trying to work out how to cut those uprights down without 240v.  Adapt a 9" grinder disc to 3 stud and attach to the Flymo Saxo?
