I've just cleaned the robin for the first time in months. Can see out back window now! Don't no how to upload them to here from phone though. Is the black saph a glsi?

Just zoomed in on pic and can see it is a gls. Sorry! I would love to own a 2.3d for some reason!

I polished and waxed the bonnet on the SAAB today. Still needs a bit of work as I don't think it's ever been polished in it's life. It's quite addictive though!

i love her to bits, the late gls has to be my favourite looking and specced saph, she was saved from a fate of being used as drift fodder, i couldnt sit back and see it happen so i made a promise to the old man who owned her that i would care for her, the only thing that pees me off is people saying "why dont you put a cossie front bumper and sideskirts on it would be the perfect replica" my answer is usually, because i dont fuggin want to spoil a good original car (no offence intended if yours had these parts)

anyway pop a picture of your saph up, the more the merrier :)

The Sterling used to polish up well.

I miss it :(

Former 825 Sterling came up good too.

The Micra comes up well too, its lived outside for most of its life too:

The 820e, like the 825 was White and recieved a good T-Cut and polish:

Best one I did was the White mk1 800s I had, Sterling and 820e respectively. Both had chalkboard like paintwork, T-Cut, 'Mer' polish and a good regular wash 'n' wax kept them in good condition, until they left me......

Here's the WARCRAFT 406 with bonus scruffy poodle content.

It's amazing how nice The Volvo looks after it has been cleaned and polished:

However, about 95% of the time it doesn't look like that at all

The wife's Alfa got a shampoo and set today only for me to discover lots of pinhead sized rust specs on the roof. T cut got rid of the orange colour and a polish over left it looking fine but I'm now worried about the little Italian's paint job  .

Thanks for the compliments :D

I have a couple of pics of the Sierra (a 1989 2.3D GL) knocking about. I will see if I can find them. Sadly, the car was retired last summer after several years in service due to brake failure and knackered track control arms. The rear ends of the sills weren't looking too good, either. However, it's still in existence, as my manager has plans to put a V8 in it at some point

C'Mon, this is Autoshite. You need to be illegally and badly parked and have 5 wheels silver overspray on the tyres...

Day off today, and kids at nursery, so I thought I'd take advantage of the weather.

First, gave Mrs S's Beetle a clean up, ready for the Gumtree ad. *Insert shameless self-pimpage*

Then decided to give the 306 a quick wash and clay, which lead to a polish ans quick dress-up on the plastic. Quite pleased.

And before you say it, I know, those wheels look shit. I've got their replacements lined up, but logistics and time are in the way.

Can't wait to see pictures of the Security Sierra - perhaps the perfect frient for Albert_Ross's Landrover?

That 306 is tasty looking too!

OK, I want to point out that I only joined this site so that I wouldn't feel bad about not cleaning my car every single week

but Volksangle's transformation of that BX made me feel bad so I went out and polished for a couple of hours.

Autoglym - I can't get on with the clay bar I bought.

Typically, I can't find full-sized versions of the pictures I took of the car, only resized Photobucket versions:

I'll keep looking for the full-sized versions ;)
