Free wheels, I've had these since 2004, they came off a mk2 Astra SRi (Belmont). They're made by Compomotive. Have tried selling these but nobody wants them, and have lugged them round every garage I've had over 10 years.

Please only if you really need them, don't get these just to weigh in, etc. I could easily do that.

Anyone need:

Paddy Hopkirk roof rack with gutter type mounts (nuts are seized on some of fasteners)

MGF driver door, 2 x bonnets, rust free front wing

Daihatsu L500 850cc engine with bottom end knock (still drove 2000 miles with it) - it's complete and good if you want the head or want to convert to fuel injection

I also have a load of decent 13 inch tyres

I could really use that roofrack for the Cherry,   is it two seperate cross bars?  I'm driving south past Warrinton around new year and was wondering if it would fit in an already fairly full car (me + 3 kids?).  I'd happily take some tyres off you too but I don't think I'll get them in.  It would be a good excuse for me to drive up to the next Cannock auction meet if you can wait that long.

 

Alternatively I'm over near Coventry most weeks but not until after x-mas/ new year now.  Thats with the big van so I could load up other stuff for onward delivery if it's heading back this way.

What colour are the MGF panels Station? I could do with a drivers wing (which instantly means the one you have is t'other side, no doubt) and a bonnet to spray to save the car being OTR whilst I spruce it up.

OFFERED: Two roof bars for a Mk2 (and Mk2.5, thanks to obscure Ford naming conventions) Focus, and Pug 307. They use the same bars, apparently. Originally fitted to the Pug, but I lined them up on my old Focus and they would be perfect. Free, and I'll even deliver for free between M1 J8 and M1 J22 sort of area in the new year. I'd get a photo, but in the meantime they look a bit like roof bars.

 

 

OFFERED: VAG ISO adaptor with an aerial booser amp thing too. Could also be used if someone just wants some male ISO connectors to wire in their own stereo, cut it up if you want. Again, no pictures but it's sort of standard Audioleads jobbie. For older stuff where it just needs the switched and perm live mucking around with, not for new CANBUS nonsense.

Carefully removed a load of old sub and amp cabling from the ZX earlier.

 

No idea if it work, but there's a long phono cable, a shorter one, 2 power cables with inline big fuses at the battery end (which may be fucked as one is cracked, and the cable pulled out of both with light pulling), some chunky speaker wire and short earth bits. remote on thin blue wire for the amp too. Never used it, it was disconnected when I bought the car but it looks ok.

 

Free for postage, which should be a large jiffy bag and therefore £cheap with herpes/collectmaybe

 

Can go out and fetch it if anyone has more of a decent interest and wants to know what comes with

O yea, the Nokia Bluetooth car kit is up 4 grabs too. It 'works', but tbh the call quality has always been shite. Maybe a more sensitive install would help? All removed now, comes with the master pairing code thing, no cables are broken, the speaker bracket is a bit bent, will tap out fine though.

 

£postage, wouldn't feel right selling it for actual money as its not that great! May be better on older phones, like what were around when it was new, my Android KitKat phone didn't fully recognise it, would spazz out occasionally so I stopped using it.

Sounds like a winter take on the ice bucket challenge.  I've got a handful of Clarkson paperbacks that need disposing of too so could be a big fire.

Without meaning to be critical, how much were you expecting to pay to have four wheels with tyres couriered door to door - particularly when that cost is probably less than the scrap value of the wheels and would be your only outlay in acquiring them?
