Hey @KruJoe, are the door check straps ok on the 306? They are missing completely on mine.

Posted

Sorry Tim, just seen this... The two 306's have gone to frag, but we have some doors in the field, I'll have a look in daylight, if there are straps attached, they're yours.

Yo Ruff, I've just whipped off a pair of check straps for you, PM incoming...

Set of roof bars to fit Pug 307 or Focus Mk2. Leics but can deliver down M1 with a bit of planning or to Cannock area if it coincides with burger eating.

Make people think you've just bought a car off Billy with these superb wheel trims.

Everyone will think you've 'made it' with these 'luxury' 13" wheel trims. 'Are they alloys' they will think. 'How can he possibly afford alloy wheels, they are so expensive'.

Also five stud, for the upgraded car look. Make neighbours jealous - 'Five stud alloys, he must be minted.'

Avoid being 'choke holded' by MMA watching, sleeve tattooed, protein shake gulping, 'massive arms and shoulders but everything else is shapeless' chaps with these - they're black, for that aggressive gangster look.

Please take them off me.

Garage clearout alert. Due to no longer owning the cars these bits attach to, I am giving this tat away. Roll up, roll up...

First lot, a boxed MAF for a Kia Rio mk1-1.5 with the mazda b-series 1343cc engine. This *might* be suitable for a similar age 1.3l Hyundai Accent or a Kia Pride. The part number is OK32A13210. I bought it, fitted it for about 2 minutes - long enough to discover that the old one wasn't at fault and was then re-boxed. Its an original barrel with later sensor gubbinz I think.

Next up, Pollen filters for a MK2 Kia Rio. Never fitted. I had a Mk1.5 and they are not interchangable. Again, might fit other similar vehicles - the part number is MS-6288 if the box is to be believed.

Some older tat now. For those with, or looking to invest in a Mk3 Golf or 6n2 Polo of mid-to late 90s vintage.

Lights, well lenses really. Side repeaters and front indicators. Orange ones so massively unpopular.

post-5525-0-31192600-1444579770_thumb.jpg

Next up, an old (5+ years) but unused fuel filter for a Mk3 Golf, but will probably fit a similar aged Polo. Manufactured by Mann.

post-5525-0-62323900-1444579831_thumb.jpg

Also, Petrol cap. NOT locking.

Finally, what purports to be a rocket cover gasket for a AEE engine (1588cc, 8v, 74bhp) but would probably fit an AEX (1392cc, 8v, 60bhp). I vaguely recall taking the rocker cover off and finding this looked nothing like what was in there already. By this point I'd already snapped 2 of the 3 rocker cover bolts so turned the air blue on discovering it was all in vain. The box does indicate it should fit but it was a very long time ago now so I may be mistaken.

Collect only cos they'er solid metal, like, and they're free.

Mk3 Astra/Cavalier GSi vented disc brakes and pads. These are very big, about 290mm.

I bought them for about 50 quid over ten years ago, and never used them. I doubt I'll ever use them, until the moment someone takes them and my brake discs fail an MOT. Didn't sell on eBay for 99p so ...

One last shot before they go to the tip next weekend. I've have two boxes (wine box 12) size full of classic cars from 1990 and practical classics from 2010. Free to collect from Surrey.

Please will someone just take them away?

All in very good condition, classic cars is probably a few years worth, and the same for PCs.

Old style vhs-c video camera anyone ? in good working order, has clever features such as motion detect and night vision - both were put to good use when I wondered why we were going through so much cat food - turns out half of the streets cats were coming to our place for a midnight feast !

anyway, it was going to go to the charity shop but if anyone wants it, you can pick it up from Edinburgh or I could post for around a tenner I reckon.

Comes with plenty of blank tapes and spare batteries

Got a couple of wheelarch repair panels for a Smiley or Mk4 Transit.

Hadrian panels, got ref number on but doesn't match anything on their website....think they haz changed their numbering.

Anyhoo, they both look like the pic, one is under the other which makes me think they are not a vehicle pair, rather two sides the same....

FREE to collecting person - I am not dicking around with Ebay and posting them will be an arse-ache.

I am prepared to sit on these for another 2 years so if you want them and cant get them straight away that will be OK.   I am in 'Ampshireforestland

Completing that blank chequebook restoration of your mid 80s Fiesta/Escort/Orion? Father in law came across a set of these 13" trims in the shed, anyone's welcome before they hit the bin. This is a nicked image but condition is similar ie. a wave with a rattlecan would be nice..

$_57.JPG

Also a 15" alloy from a mid 90s Astra, Calibra, Vectra etc. Coupe of tiny nicks but put away shortly after a very nice refurb so still glittery. Tyre is junk, no centre cap.

All free to collect from Durham or Hartlepool.

Can I claim the wheel trims please

Are these quiet wide? I have some narrow blue ones but the vectra does (did) struggle to get just so on mine. If still available I'd be very interested. Thanks
