Quite a modest car for a superstar footballer, although I believe equally famous team mate Bobby Charlton was still going by bus at the time  . How times change. Marcus Rashford with about 1/10 of the talent , driving a £700k Rolls ( plus several others supercars in his garage).

Not sure if it’s my imagination, but I think it replaced an Elan +2 from the first series.

Yes Pertwee gave it to a fan on the proviso he could borrow it back for Dr Who events and shows etc.

It does still exist. WVO 2M is the reg IIRC
